We have opened a representative office in Riga Latvia to provide a complete range of services to our clients. Latvenergo in Riga intends to build and operate a 400 MW natural gas fired combined cycle cogeneration power plant in Riga - Thermal Power Plant 2 (RTPP-2). In addition to electricity production, this plant should also supply the city of Riga with district heat. In September 2004, Colenco was awarded with owner’s engineering services required for this project. |
